Placing your order

At Nuskaboo, we want make your shopping experience as easy and fun as possible.

Simply select the item you wish to add to your cart by clicking on the right colour and right size and once you finished shopping in our store, you can just proceed to check out.

Please note we will not be able to make changes or cancellations to your order once placed.

As the customer it is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided including your full name,  correct phone number, full address and payment method is correct.

Nuskaboo cannot be liable for orders that do not arrive at their destination due to incorrect delivery information being provided at checkout.

 

Shipping and delivery

 

Nuskaboo offers two types of shipping:

1. Next day delivery for Nuskaboo Items placed before 12pm

2. FREE shipping for all NUSKA Jewellery, using Royal Mail First Class on all UK orders and Royal Mail Standard International delivery Worldwide. UK deliveries can take up 2-3 working days. Internationl delivery times vary between 7-12 working days. 

Your items may be shipped separately.

Please note that delivery times should be used as an estimated guide and Nuskaboo cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance for international orders. All import taxes and custom fees must be paid by the customer.

Missing parcel

If your parcel did not arrive within the expected delivery time please contact us at info@nuskaboo.com.

We will take actions and issue any refunds/replacement after 20 days of the date of postage.
